Cabo • Mexico

We love Cabo! We went there for our honeymoon and have been back once to visit since then. We have an upcoming trip planned to go again this January. There is something so relaxing about laying on the beach drinking an ice cold {virgin} piña colada. I average three a day when we go down because the resort has the creamiest, most delicious ones you've ever tasted! I just can't help myself. There are so many fun things to do around the resort as well, so plenty of ways to keep busy. There is a good scale of chill and relaxing activities to high adventure activities.

The following are some of our favorite things to do in Cabo!

-Lay by the pool or on a cabana on the sand.

-Surf: Chase loves to surf at Cabo Surf (a hotel down the way that rents boards and apparently is a good spot).

-Eat endless tacos! Javier's at the resort is great. They have a taco bar in the afternoons that is very yum. There is also a place in downtown Cabo that is super cheap and hole-in-the-wall-ish.

-Zip-lining! We did this on our honeymoon through the Cabo Adventure company and we loved it. It was so awesome and included a bungee jump. It also came with quesadillas at the end that were the BEST EVER and the tortillas and whole shibang were made right there in front of you by the cutest little ladies.

-Take a boat to the Cabo arch! We did this one day and then did some snorkeling off of the boat out by lover's beach. It was so fun and lot of guys will take you out there for cheap.

-Flora Farms is a yummy place to eat not far from the resort. Really cool atmosphere!

-I HATE HORSES: We went horseback riding and I hated every minute of it! But if you love horses and almost dying, I highly recommend!

-Hotel California: A bit of a drive, but it's a cute hotel with a great restaurant to eat at.

-Shopping in downtown Cabo: Tons of cute touristy little shops to find souvenirs and fun, local goods.

We still have a lot of gems to find in Cabo, so we are always excited to go back. This is our list so far... more to come! We would highly recommend Cabo to anyone and everyone. Perfect for all age groups, personality types, budgets, and time frames. We love Cabo!
